Comments on: Dock Screenshot & Search App Compatibility Issues?

Well, maybe I am the only one with this issue. I absolutely tried multiple restarts each time it occurred, but the only thing that fixed it both times was a reinstall. That’s what made me think there might be something with the order of install and maybe a file they both write to. Anyway, it all works right now 🙂

I had the dock installed first. I just tried again and both seem to bee working fine. Tho, if it is all working fine now I wouldn’t worry about it. I’ve noticed that after I install a new app, the phone sometimes needs to restart before it will work properly. Perhaps it was just a similar issue.

Search didn’t get a chance to get installed on my iPhone … specifically because of the nagware. I don’t need a program to remind me every time I start it that I should “contribute”.

Nagware = pissoffware.

jdots24 – thanks for the info. I’m guessing you’re also on 1.1.1, which I am also. One quick question – did you install Dock after Search? Because when I reinstall Dock all is good again, so I’m wondering if the order of install matters I guess …

I installed the search program this morning and both that and the screen shot have no problems. Perhaps there is another reason the sound didn’t work?
