Less than a week to go now until iPhone launches in the UK and Germany, and now Apple has updated each country-specific site with lots of product information, where to buy details, and the official rate plans from O2 and T-Mobile.
They’ve even got each country’s version of the original iPhone TV ads, with that familiar background music and voiceover guys who sound better than the original US one.
Although the rate plans don’t look great overall, one thing that does make me real envious is the thousands of WiFi hotspots that are available via the O2 and T-Mobile networks for their subscribers. AT&T should really be offering something similar for US users.
