iTunes Wi-Fi Available at Select Starbucks

iTunes Wi-Fi Available at StarbucksFor all you coffee lovin’ mac crazy people out there, this one is for you.

Some Starbucks’ across the US are now offering wi-fi access to the iTunes music store.

The idea is this. Lets say you’re sitting and enjoying a coffee. You really like the song that’s playing at the Starbucks. Ok. Just tap the iTunes button on your iPhone or iPod Touch, then hit the Starbucks button… and BAM you’ll see the last 10 songs played! You can then of course preview or purchase the songs for 99 cents.

For now, this service is available in New York and Seattle (of course)… and is coming soon to San Fran (Nov. 7), Los Angeles (Feb. 2008), and Chicago (Mar. 2008). So if you aren’t in one of these major centers, you’re out of luck.

I doubt I’ll be connecting to the iTunes store from Starbucks anytime soon… But for those of you that will, enjoy!
