Engadget.com is reporting that firmware v1.1.2 for the iPhone is out, and even provided a link for the file.
I’m downloading the file right now as I’m typing this. I’m not sure if I’ll go ahead and install the update, but I just can’t resist downloading it.
If you are brave enough to download, and install the update, please make sure to shoot us some comments of the changes.
Let the game begin… Again…

Downloading it now…. anything for the sake of jaib…. will post initial thoughts soon….
As expected there is nothing all that exciting here. At least that seems to be the case at first pass.
The iPhone does, however, seem to be a bit more responsive. (I jailbroke it and restored it a week ago and it seemed to hang up occassionally since then. It isn\’t doing that now.)
Also, the speaker seems to be even louder and with better clarity than before.
Wishful thinking? Perhaps but it does really sound much better to me right now.
So all in all not much going on here.
Once I brush up on my Japanese though……..
Great job Dan. I can’t go on without my summerboard and customize, so I might have to wait a bit to install this update. Although having a louder speaker is quite tempting.
