These were taken at Apple’s shop on Regent Street in London (big thank you to AppleInsider). As you can see there was plenty of press and TV attention at the event!
Apple also had somewhere around 300 staffers at the event to handle the influx of customers and media.
Also, as customers were allowed to enter the store, they were told that Apple waived the ‘no cash’ restriction… But that there would still be a limit of 2 iPhones per customer. Bummer!
