I love it. Narrow mndd people hate change.

Train is running fine. Don’t be shallow. You’d rather have features that Apple never promised or even hinted at? You’re weird. Oh, and you can turn stacks off, not sure what OS you’re looking at

This is a bit out of date. About a month ago the developers were seeded with the first builds of 10.5.2, and it weighed in at 350MB. It is very common for prerelease builds to be very large and shrink as time goes on and release approaches.

A Note to DAG: If you were paying attention, there was much more that went on under the hood than over. While I too would have loved ZFS, the FS daemon rewrite more than makes up for its loss. Chances are, and reports are showing, that you will be able to in fact use stacks and turn them off (currently, you can obviously turn off stacks by not creating them).

Note to Mr Jobs-
In future releases, concentrate on real features instead of eye candy and do not change what is not broken. I’d much rather have had ZFS than stacks, Front Row 2, the messed up Firewall Interface, dotMac crap, etc. Please, while you are at it, fix the Firewall interface in System Prefs and let me turn stacks off.

I guess that a lot will change under the hood, hopefully optimization.
