The GearLive site claims to have got a chance to play with iPhone firmware 1.1.3, and has screencaps and a list of new features:

- New Bookmarks Menu

I can’t get to the GearLive post and screencaps gallery right now, as their site is slammed, but Macrumors reckons the grabs "appear convincing on casual inspection".
So … lots of grains of salt to be taken with this one. If it’s accurate though, I’d say that’s a much more impressive list of new things than the previous couple of updates brought, especially the Locate Me feature. I still wouldn’t trade 3rd party apps I don’t think – but that list is a little more tempting.
