While browsing Applists and checking out new apps last night, I noticed they now have dedicated sections for iPhone apps for the UK and Germany. Once you hit the UK flag, for example, you then see ‘Top 10’ and ‘All Apps’ lists that are very UK-focused – UK Traffic, BBC Radio, UK Cinema etc.
Not sure how new this is, but it seems a good idea. Couple things I’m curious about though: why no section for France yet? And also, seems like there should be a ‘Universal’ section for lack of a better term – where lots of media and games sort of apps that have across-the-board appeal could go.
Anyone in UK or Germany given this a go as yet? If so, what do you think? Is it useful?
