This one is just a real fun theme.  It’s the Doodles Summerboard theme for iPhone from MMI forum member greenenvy.

I really like the hand-drawn look to this theme.  It also has a very large number of supported icons, so even if you’ve got tons of 3rd party apps, most or all of them should be covered by Doodles.
