Sketches Updated – Adds Multitouch Drawing
Sketches – the native iPhone sketching and drawing application – has just been updated to beta version 0.5. The big new feature in this version is multitouch drawing:
Sketches 0.5 brings multitouch geometric shapes. Using 2 fingers at the same time, you can draw exciting new shapes, both filled or not. These shapes include lines, ovals and circles. With this feature, Sketches 0.5 brings many more creative possibilities. What’s more, you do not need to change tools to continue drawing like you were used to, simply use 1 finger instead of 2!
The new version of Sketches also brings compatibility with iPhone firmware 1.1.2 and 1.1.3, as well as some visual and reliability enhancements.
