What’s In A Name? iPhoneDrive Is Now… MegaPhone

A few weeks back I had the chance to try an awesome piece of software called iPhoneDrive from Ecamm Network.

It was a nifty piece of software that allowed access to the iPhone as a disk (something natively possible on the iPod Class but not the iPhone), it allowed access to, and editing of, notes, and much more.

Sadly, iPhoneDrive is no more.

It has likely gone the way of so many other products that used “the name that cannot be used”…

Fortunately a new product, MegaPhone has all the features of iPhoneDrive and a few new tricks too.

Seems MegaPhone IS iPhoneDrive (without those possible trademark issues???)

This new version even allows access to text files and PDFs.
