Are you tired of the generic mass-produced iPhone cases out there? While there is a true plethora of iPhone cases from which to choose nowadays, somehow they can all look the same after a while.

Luckily, there are artists who bring their creative talents to mMonsterCase1aking cases by hand, often with one-of-a-kind styling. Check out the Squid case by artist Marty Flint – it’s a distressed leather slip case and each one is unique because of the handmade technique used to create it.

Or if you want a little more fun for your iPhone, the Monster case, also by Marty Flint, comes complete with a soft fuzzy exterior, vinyl teeth, and googly eyes. I’ve got these two cases (plus the Silver Star case that is in a similar style to the Squid case) to review, so stay tuned. These cases came to us courtesy of ShanaLogic.com, a great indie shop where you can get your fix of alternative handmade products from talented artists.
