I have seen this sort of theme, or possibly even this very one, around before – but never managed to find an install source and grab it. Spotted this one – iWood Realize from iSpazio – on Installer tonight and think it looks excellent.
It’s a Summerboard theme with some really different and sharp looking icons, and a great overall look as well. It also looks very sharp on screens with very few or no icons:
