The iPhone’s battery, relative to other mobile devices, is very unpredictable. This is in part due to the fact that it is so many portable devices combined into one unit.
Thus, sometimes a simple bar indicating your remaining charge simply won’t cut it. The “Battery” application (titled “Battery Info” in Installer) is a light application to assist with monitoring the life of your battery. From the “Trejan” source on installer, it weighs in at a tiny 16.4 KB.
Included features consist of Battery Capacity (Percent Remaining), Battery Voltage (mV), Battery Status, Battery S/N, and indication of External Power.
