This is the Human Touch iPhone Summerboard theme, by Stephen Eisenhauer. This one caught my eye earlier this week – maybe because I keep meaning to try out Ubuntu Linux and still haven’t managed it!
The theme is based on artwork from Ubuntu 7.10 (Gutsy Gibbon).
