uPoze is a new iPhone application that makes getting your iPhone photos into Flickr a zero-step, zero effort process, once you set it up.
All you do is setup a user in uPoze and authorize it to access your Flickr account, and you’re done. From then on, all your iPhone photos will be uploaded to the designated Flickr account without any effort on your part.
I’ve looked at a few different programs for getting your iPhone pics into Flickr – my previous favorite was iFlickr – but uPoze is much easier. One thing to consider with this one though is that from the time you set it up *ALL* your pics are going straight up to Flickr. Because of this, I decided to create a new Flickr account for uPoze to use – so that account can just be the full stream of everything taken on the iPhone – whereas my other existing Flickr account can remain more focused and have only certain pics added to it.
I also noticed one little thing to be aware of if you setup multiple accounts with uPoze. If you delete the active account, even if there is another one setup, it will not automatically become active. You need to go back into the app and choose ‘Set As Active User’ to get it going.
uPoze is available on Installer now via the BigBoss’s Apps and Things source – see our Sources page for the URL if you need it.
