This is the new Darkish iPhone theme, created by MMi forum member Argo_Rei, who also developed the Macish theme we featured recently.
It’s a Summerboard theme, and another one that makes use of typography within its icons – as a few themes are now doing since the release of the Leaf theme a few weeks back. I don’t think the use of type in this one is quite as strong as Leaf, but the color scheme is more subtle. Darkish already has a very large set of icons for 3rd party apps as well.
Argo_Rei has pointed out in announcing the theme that the dock and status bar ideas were inspired by the Damino theme by Anjuna.
Darkish is out on Installer now …
