This is the Trabluar iPhone theme, from MMi forum member Velo.
It’s a Summerboard theme, with around 50 icons covering a range of 3rd party apps that the theme’s creator is fond of. This is another simple and clean feeling theme that I like quite a bit – although I think I much prefer using the alternative blue wallpapers included in the Extras folder that comes with the theme download.
