Singapore Airlines has announced they’ll be offering a system that will allow passengers to enjoy content from their iPhones or iPods via the in-flight entertainment system and 15 inch widescreen monitors.

Each business customer can dock their iPhone or iPod and watch their own movies on the included noise-canceling headphones …

The system uses a standard 30-pin connector and also offers in-seat charging.

I don’t have any current vacation plans, nevermind any that involve Singapore Airlines – but it sure sounds like a nice way to fly :)
