Raging Thunder is an arcade style racing game for the iPhone, that looks polished, plays great, and just feels like an App Store product already, and has done since it first appeared on Installer.
Well, one of the guys form Polarbit, makers of Raging Thunder, has done an interview with TUAW – and confirmed that the game will be coming to the App Store *AND* will continue to be around for the jailbreak community as well:
We definitely plan to release Raging Thunder as an "official" iPhone application. We want to ensure as wide a distribution of the game as possible, including those people that won’t, for one reason or another, Jailbreak their iPhone.
That said, we couldn’t dream of a better venue to test out and get feedback on our products than the Jailbreak community and will remain a presence on it for sure.
That’s good news. Good news for the App Store and even for those planning to keep their iPhone jailbroken once 2.0 and the App Store launch.
