Want to win a brand new iPhone 3G? If you do, this is your chance! The ‘Join the Forums, win an iPhone 3G Contest’ is open to anyone that wants a new iPhone 3G for FREE… and a few minutes to register on our site!

- Make a post in the official ‘Win an iPhone 3G Registration Thread’ to register for the contest and get your first entry… But don’t stop there…
- Post in the other forums to gain more entries. Once you’ve posted in the official contest forum above, you can post in the other forums and get 1 contest entry for each post you make! The more you post, the better your chances of winning!
Note to registered members: If you’re already a registered member at Mactropolis, you can win too!… Simply make a post in the official contest thread to register for the contest, and then post in other forums to gain extra entries. It’s that easy!
Contest Deadline
Entry closes at 12:01AM CST on July 11. (The iPhone 3G becomes available July 11).
Contest Drawing
Winners will be randomly drawn the morning of July 11, and announced at 12PM CST on July 11.
Important Notes:
If you win and your country of residence does not have the iPhone available, Mactropolis.com will gladly accommodate you by doing one of two things:
- Give you credit at the Apple store equal to but no greater than the value of the prize you won.:: So, if you won the 8GB iPhone 3G, you would have a $199 ‘credit’ at the Apple store to spend as you wish. OR:
- If your country of residence is due to get the iPhone in the near future, we will wait and purchase the phone for you on your behalf once it becomes available.
All iPhone 3G winners will receive the actual iPhone device only, Mactropolis.com will not be responsible for local iPhone billing with the winners’ carrier. 🙂
