
comScore, a company that specializes in measuring the digital world, has announced that there were nearly 7 million web searches for terms related to the iPhone in April – and this data was collected from only the U.S.
While several of the 7 million searches were keywords related to ‘iPhone’, such as ‘Apple iPhone’ or ‘iPhone Wallpapers’, the most common search term was ‘iPhone’ – racking up nearly 1.5 million searches. Americans looked for ‘iPhone update’ 151,000 times, with ‘iPhone Web Apps’ notching up 118,000 searches.
