Sorry – I'm slow this week – bit of displacement due to water damage / mold etc. issues with our new place. I cannot find anything in Cydia that looks like this app – searched for 'instin' and 'shuffle' and this one did not appear. Also looks as if they don't even mention it anymore on their products page:
