Cardio Track is very, very simple. It allows you to track your cardio workouts by time and date. Within the app additional fields are also offered such as session activity, start time, end time and additional notes.

For the $2.99 pricetag, you can’t go wrong. Without a doubt, more serious runners should work with the Nike + system, but Cardio Track provides a simple and effective way of keeping track of your runs and workouts.
