Apple Extends Mobile Me Subscriptions… Again!

As you may have read on this post from Wes yesterday, Apple is sending out emails notifying Mobile Me users of a 60 day extension to their current subscription. This is the second extension to service Apple has offered since Mobile Me’s launch in July. “We are working very hard to make MobileMe a great service we can all be proud of,” the message reads. “We know that MobileMe’s launch has not been our finest hour, and we truly appreciate your patience as we turn this around.” You really can’t complain. Three extra months of service for tolerating a few growing pains. For what it’s worth I think it is nice of Apple to do this. There is nothing in the terms of service agreement that says they have to extend or refund service when the servers go down, but they are anyway. Details can be found here.
