If you haven’t then like I said please contact them. It is the job of their support people to work through the issue with you. Realistically if you’re on 2.0.2 – a restore has been found to not help you anyway. Maybe it helps for a little while but not for long as the problem tends to come back.

If you have contacted Apple and they aren’t helping you – try downgrading iTunes from 7.7.1 to plain old 7.7 — so far that seems to be the only actual fix.

You can tell if only the native Apple and no third party apps run. If that is the case, go to the app store, download a free app and the DRM will be reset.
