Update the AppBackup folder location to: /private/var/mobile/library/preferences though!

I’m a little confused and new to all this, but I have seen you mention a number of times on the blog jailbreaking or “unlocking” your ipod. I understand there is an issue with unlocking when it comes to your warranty, and I understand Apple is using software to try and prevent that by rendering your iphone useless if you do try and unlock it via software updates.
I have been on other sites and blogs and some of them seem to be saying that it is possible to lock and unlock your phone at will.

But they are chaging for that information. At the very least though, the technology seems to exist.
