HP IQ504, IQ506 and IQ840 Raise the Question… When is the Mac Touchscreen Computer Coming?

So I’m sitting here this evening/morning watching the World Series (Phillies beat the Rays 3-2), and I keep seeing commercials for the new HP touchscreen computers/tvs. The things look cool. Interface and function looks smooth. Looks like a lot of time and effort was put into these bad boys. The touch interface actually reminded me a bit of the ‘Magic Map’ that John King uses on CNN.

But I digress, the HP IQ504, IQ506 and IQ840 are up for sale on HP.com. The HP IQ504 is the basic model and starts at $1,299.99. The IQ506 is basically the same deal, but has a TV tuner built in. Finally, the IQ840 features a larger monitor at 25.5″ and comes in at $1899.99 (the other 2 are 22″ on diagonal). Yep, HP has made it easy to watch TV on the thing too. People are still lapping up the iPhone 3G, no need to introduce an HD model too soon. Right?

Ooooooh so fun to speculate. What do you think?
