With Macworld coming fast, the Mac Mini is one product in Apple’s current lineup that is due for a revamp of sorts. The folks over at AppleInsider have learned some new details concerning the revamp.
The latest word is the new Mac Mini will have 2 video outputs… Both the Mini DisplayPort connector and a Mini DVI connector. This is cool beans. With the Mac Mini falling on the low-end of the Apple computer lineup, more consumers will have the option of running a dual-monitor setup… one which I absolutely love.
Apple has also ‘accidentally’ confirmed through various leads that the new Mac Mini will be using the GeForce 9400M chipset… a chipset that would ultimately provide better and faster video performance and support for DisplayPort.
Lots of rumors floating around these days. A new Mac Mini, new iMacs, and of course the rumored iPhone Nano are at the top of the list for this years’ Macworld. Can’t wait for the keynote… Will be great stuff.
