
I hate to admit this, but I am really beginning to get some twisted sort of enjoyment out of the descriptions for some of the bizarre apps now inhabiting (overrunning?) the iPhone App Store. Today’s classic, from the new iBirthControl app:
Looking for a creative way to control your or your partner ‘s urge to have a baby? Then iBirthControl is for you.
The app offers ’28 days of crying babies’ to help dissuade you and / or your partner from adding to the world’s population. Call me crazy, but I’m thinking that cranking out the crying baby noises during a discussion on this topic with your sweetheart might quickly get you where you ain’t going to be needing any birth control. But hey – the app is free and its description goes on to say that:
The classic Lessina birth control pill packet is transformed into 28 days of crying babies to help curb the urge. To get your daily dose of crying baby, just touch a pill. Each pill represents a different crying baby. The musically inclined can ‘mix ‘ their own crying baby symphony by alternately pressing different pills.
