New Clippy App Offers Copy/Paste for Jailbroken iPhones

Posted on 20 Jan 2009 by PatrickJ

Oh well, here’s one of those days when I feel a little envious of those who are running jailbroken iPhones – since they’ve got a new application called Clippy, that sounds like quite a decent copy & paste solution.

The new app is available now in Cydia, via the iSpazio source – and it’s getting a warm reception in forum posts I’ve seen on it so far.

Sebastien over at iPhone Blog certainly rates it:

Let me tell you right away that, even though it ‘s still a beta version, Clippy is the best app for copy/pasting on your iPhone so far!

Sebastien’s got a good post up giving details on how it works and covering some limitations in Clippy’s current version. To learn more, check out his post HERE
