Well, for an application designed for the iPhone 3G and touted BY USTREAM on their own website to allow you to watch the inauguration from anywhere … I guess that was only if you have a wifi connection where you are because if you don’t (even with 5 bars of 3G) you aren’t getting on ustream.tv
FAIL.
Better find another way to watch if you’re out and about today.
