ForPlay is a new novelty iPhone application that’s just hit the App Store, promising to ‘spice up this Valentine’s Day’. I should admit straight away here that I ‘borrowed’ my post title largely from a review of the app by The Cell Phone Junkie:
If you’ve ever used those dice that have various sayings on them that come up with something like “Kiss/Ear” when rolling them, then you will understand this app. A fun whimsical way to use your iPhone with a partner to randomly choose how you should be intimate with each other …
That’s a far better concise description than I was going to manage. Like most novelty apps, ForPlay is extremely simple to use. You just hit ‘Spin’ to have the app conjure up a combination of an area of the body, an action verb (stroke, rub, suck, tease etc. – Ooh ah Mrs), and a level of enthusiasm (for lack of a better phrase). So for example it might spin up up something like ‘stroke neck softly’ for you. Or, you can choose to manually manipulate the spinners and come up with something not so enticing, as illustrated in the screencap above 🙂
The app is rated 12+ for ‘Infrequent/Mild Mature/Suggestive Themes and Infrequent/Mild Sexual Content or Nudity.
If you can picture using an iPhone app and ‘spicing things up’ with your partner in the same scene, then ForPlay may be worth a look. It’s in the App Store now, priced at $1.99.
