I take quite a few memory cards worth of photos regularly, and iPhoto handles managing the photos for me. With the faces and places feature, I find value in it.

iMovie for the same reasons, I shoot quite a bit of film, and its nice being able to quickly throw a video together and then…

spit it into iDVD to burn a few copies of the DVD to spread through the family.

The reason I upgrade each release is for the new themes, its nice having a new look for your albums and movies.

Garageband is useless to me. iWeb I install each iteration, and generally end up removing it.
