Bizarro iPhone Apps: Marriage Saver for Men

Once again, I bow before the priceless description provided by the developers for this bizarre iPhone app, called Marriage Saver for Men:

“Marriage Saver for Men” is a soundboard app that is guaranteed to improve your relationship. Tired of doing the heavy lifting to keep your relationship going? Save valuable breath as you let your iPhone or iPod Touch handle the most often needed phrases for a happy marriage. – “Yes, dear!” – “Of course, honey!” – “Right away, sweetie!” – “You’re right again, my dear!” – “Whatever you say, my love!” This MUST HAVE app is not complicated, which is fine because if it appeals to you then you’re probably not a complicated man.

I especially like the final line – nice bit of tongue-in-cheek humor there. The other thing that stands out for me with this app is that it’s potential to get you a good ol’ slap round the head is off the charts. There would be enough aggro potential already if you were caught just saying the phrases used in the program, but having your little smartphone pal utter them for you has to enter into a whole different world of impending disharmony. 🙂

So I’d say if you’re short on ideas for how to irritate the living shite out of your partner, this one may well be worth a try. Oh, and luckily there is a matching ‘Marriage Saver for Women’ app available as well.
