I did a post on the Go Longhorns iPhone app recently, and gave it a pretty hard time – partly for not delivering enough content, enough bang for the buck so to speak.
Over the weekend, this app has got an update, and added some good new content. Specifically, it’s added news coverage for 5 more Longhorns sports – Softball, Volleyball, Mens and Womens Track, Mens and Womens Tennis, and Women’s basketball – and some UT fight song music.
I like the inclusion of the Texas Fight song a lot. I’d still like to see more from this app, but this update is a step in the right direction.
