I still don’t completely see the fascination with throwing a thick coat of Windows over the iPhone’s exterior – but I do admire the effort and how striking some of these Windows-based themes look.
This one is the new Windows Per7ection (1.0) from MMi forum member ebl4287, who is also the creator of the very impressive Vista Perfection (from back in Summerboard days) and Perfect Storm themes.
As usual with ebl4287’s work, the theme package is very complete. It includes:

- UISounds
- Categories Backgrounds
