Hubba, hubba. We are one step closer to perfection, folks — well, that is if perfection is a 1200 mAh battery strapped right onto your iPhone 3G and then disguised as a case that covers everything but the screen. Did I mention this thing is way thinner than the previous Mophie juice packs? And that it costs $20 less than the bigger packs? God, I really need to learn to combine sentences so you don’t have to read so much. 😛
If you’ve never used a Mophie before, the previous versions basically doubled your iPhone battery without any extra wires — just slip the iPhone into the juice pack and then go. The Air is thinner and cheaper, but the real improvement is the power switch on the juice pack itself. This means that you can turn the battery on or off as needed, which simply translates into a lot more batt life for you. 1200 mAh won’t fully recharge an iPhone, but it’ll get darn close!
