Gambling Regulators in Nevada Warn Casinos of Card Counting App for the iPhone and iPod Touch

So, do you run a casino? Me neither! But if I did, chances are I’d want to heed the warning of a new card counting app out there… for the iPhone and iPod Touch!

Nevada gambling regulators have warned casinos in the state about a card-counting app that works on the iPhone and iPod Touch. It apparently helps players that play blackjack, enabling them to easily count cards, and place large bets when the odds are leaning in their favor. It should be noted that the act of counting cards isn’t illegal, but it is actually a felony to use a device to help one count cards…

I haven’t come across the app yet within the App Store (doubt it’s there), but I would have to think I’d easily find it if I took a poke through Cydia. Anyone out there know what the app is called? Have any screenshots? I’m curious to see what this ‘casino beater’ looks like 😛 Also do not forget to check out these slots articles in many foreign languages to understand what is allowed at a casino and what is not.
