Ever since the iPhone first launched, there ‘s been persistent debate about whether its camera is really as crappy as most other 2 megapixel ones are, or whether its somehow got a little extra edge to it, and can produce surprisingly good photos.
I am not even worthy of amateur photographer status “ in fact if amateur photographer was equivalent to Triple A ball in baseball, I ‘m not even in the Single A league “ so I don ‘t have an opinion one way or the other on that debate.
But from my way-below-amateur perspective, the set of 100 Amazing iPhone Photos really do seem amazingly good. The pic at the top of this post is one of them “ it ‘s by Richard Sintchak, whose Flickr stream is HERE.
There are lots more great examples “ cityscapes, nature scenes, people, dogs (yay) and more “ at Photocritic ‘s article HERE. Would love to know what you all think of these.
