However, the bar chart and stats you provide are “Steve jobs” Stats – in other words, irrelevant. A true representation would have been both the numbers you currently have, plus percentage of employees laid off.

I’m not sure if that looks better or worse, but its a more valuable stat to look at, and draw conclusions from.
