Facebook Connect for iPhone Launched

Facebook Connect for iPhone

Facebook Connect allows you to link your game, with all its scores and stats, to your Facebook account, which in turn lets you connect to other people who are playing the game. You’ll be able to share your high score, see which friend is playing which game

Facebook Connect for iPhone has been launched this weekend at the SXSW event here in Austin.  We ‘ll likely be seeing the impact of this launch in a slew of iPhone games and apps over coming months.

I have to admit, I ‘m one of the very few Facebook users who does not find it fascinating.  I don ‘t login to it very often, and usually find it annoying as heck when I do.

Having said that, I love that I ‘ve been able to connect with quite a few ‘long lost ‘ friends and former work colleagues via Facebook “ and I like the idea of being able to have a whole bunch more prospective opponents when playing a good iPhone game, or even just tons more people to compare high scores with.

Quite a few popular iPhone games are already listed as ‘participating apps ‘, including:

* Binary Game
* iBowl
* Live Poker
* Tap Tap Revenge 2

I ‘m sure this list will explode quite quickly.  What are some of the games / apps you ‘d like to see get ‘Facebook connected ‘?
