I especially hate that effect in Safari when using Google Reader as well – often find myself going back to Feeds > Read Items because of it …

I’ve resorted to disabling the auto-correct feature because so often the phone “corrects” things that I don’t want corrected. The phone also does a terrible job of remembering what words I use frequently.

I would be infinitely happier with the phone if I could add a list of words to the dictionary that the phone will never correct.

Something else that I find annoying is browsing multiple websites in mobile safari. If I click a link from website to another, usually when I go back to the original website it will have to reload. This is especially annoying when I have a slow internet connection, when I don’t want to have to scroll down to where I previously was, or when I’m in Google Reader and the refresh marks whatever I was reading as read.
