Overall, I like Disqus very much and think it offers some great features. But … it has had several issues, some now resolved, several not. Facebook Connect did not work for a time, now it does. Among the unresolved issues are: users cannot subscribe to see all comments on a post by email, trackbacks cannot be moderated without workarounds, import of all past comments from WordPress does not work, and the Moderation panel in general is far inferior to the built-in Wordpess one.
