TechCrunch Now Has An iPhone App

TechCrunch

TechCrunch “ the weblog devoted to ‘obsessively profiling and reviewing new Internet products and companies ‘ “ now has an iPhone app, called TechCrunch Offline Reader.

Here ‘s a slice from its App Store description:

TechCrunch Offline Reader enables tech and web 2.0 fans to read and contribute to TechCrunch posts when online or offline. TECHCRUNCH NETWORK BLOGS The app integrates the most popular TechCrunch blogs such as Techcrunch, MobileCrunch, CrunchGear, TechCrunch IT, Gillmor Gang, TalkCrunch, TechCrunch UK & Europe, TechCrunch Japan, TechCrunch Japan and others. COMMENTS TechCrunch Offline Reader also allows you to download and read user comments for any blog post. You can also submit your own comments to any post without having to leave the app. OTHER FEATURES * UI Customization * Download and offline reading settings * Activate just the TechCrunch blogs that interest you.

Although TechCrunch itself, and several of the blogs in its network, are mainstays in my RSS readers, I don ‘t feel I need a dedicated app to keep up with them.  If I did have that urge though, this sounds like a good and capable solution.

TechCrunch Offline Reader is available in the App Store now, and it ‘s a free app.
