Another great learning resource for those wanting to get into iPhone apps development is coming out this week.  This may be one of the best yet in fact.

Want to know how to write programs for the iPhone and iPod touch? Beginning this week, a Stanford computer science class on that buzzworthy topic will be available online to the general public for free.

The class is called iPhone Application Programming and runs for 10 weeks.  Each class will be made available as a free video podcast through iTunes U two days after the live class takes place.  So you can sync those over to your iPhone and play them on there as well.

The first of these video podcasts should be out today.  See the Stanford iTunes U page HERE for more details.

Stanford has a stellar reputation overall, and its iPhone courses are also highly touted.  This is a great opportunity to take in some some top-notch education on apps development for free
