Word Warp Free “ one of the very first word games I can remember seeing in the App Store, and one that ‘s stayed on my phone ever since way back “ has just had an update yesterday.
The most immediately noticeable change is a major facelift for the app “ it previously used quite dark backgrounds and was very drab looking. Now it uses some much brighter colors and offers four themes that you can choose from. Beyond this though, the game has also added some nice options “ like an ability to set how much time it gives you complete levels, and an ‘Alt Word List ‘ “ which is described as being much harder and more obscure (with all the words coming from the Official North American Tournament Scrabble word list).
Word Warp Free has always been a good game. It ‘s gone a fair while without any update love “ so I’m pleased to see it finally get one. I like its new look, and the game play is still good.

Word Warp is a word game similar to the popular Text Twist game. The object of the game is to form words using the 6 letters you are given. You receive points for each correct word, to continue accumulating points you must find at least one word that uses all 6 letters before the time runs out. You get to choose from 4 different background themes.
This version of Word Warp Free now has ads “ but they are not too intrusive, as you see them only at the end of levels, and have a quick option to tap and skip them and head straight back into the game.
