Yeah I know, you shouldn ‘t judge a book by its cover and all that “ but I have to say the title for this app doesn ‘t bode well. And the description lives down to the name:

Top shelf eh? I didn ‘t even realize that was a brand of humor, nevermind that there was a top-shelf for it.
Ow My Balls! incorporates gravity simulation, hilarious sound effects and directional acceleration tactics for the utmost in non-realism. You’ll laugh so hard milk will come out of your nose! Kick Joe the Juggler from a ledge above the city and then use his trajectory to hit animated obstacles. Ignite fart jetpacks to gain altitude and travel the distance.
Kicked in the crotch humor and fart jetpacks all in one app! If you ‘d just been thinking to yourself that you just don ‘t have enough of these on your phone, you can grab this in the App Store for $0.99.
Macenstein's mention of this app was pretty funny. He thought it was amazing because it claimed to make someone “laugh so hard milk will come out of your nose” despite the fact that they may not even drink milk.
