I just use the existing friendfeed website on my iPhone today.

Using something like this app would be a great way to use Friendfeed.

  2. Buddyfeed looks awesome, thanks for the great review.
Even if I don't win the promocode I probably will end up buying it :D
    Thanks again

    And goodluck to all

Will be really useful app :)

Awesome features! I use MotherFeed, it isn't that great. It doesn't load for me half the time & it's kinda hard to use. This is why I would like to have BuddyFeed! :)

  8. I'm using the optimized site right now. It seems an app with these kind of features may make it easier to adopt FriendFeed into an existing social media lifestyle. I particularly like the Safari bookmarklet, which I'm assuming would function and be useful on the desktop version of the browser as well.

Timothy – nice idea. It may work, but is not intended for that use I think. If you use it, by default it wants to use BuddyFeed as the app to open the link with (and then send it) – I suppose you could substitute Tweetdeck or Nambu or one of the desktop FF apps …

  10. Okay. Interesting. So it's launching the iPhone app from Mobile Safari. That's great! Makes for a tight mobile workflow to save and share links, etc. via FriendFeed. Even if it doesn't work on the desktop that's a pretty slick feature for when you're on the go.

  11. patrickj says:

Timothy – Absolutely – I have it very near the top of my list of bookmarks on the iPhone …

  12. paulwood says:

Sure, put me in. I don't use friendfeed on my phone currently, but I wouldn't mind being able to with this app.

  13. FF and Twitter are my favorite sites these days. I've got a FriendFeed bookmark directly on my iPhones home page which takes me to the site in Mobile Safari. Would love an app like BuddyFeed instead though. I just don't like using the browser anymore, at least on my iPhone.

  14. brainspin says:

Is there any other way to access friendfeed from the iphone other than using the browser(safari)? That's how I've been using it. Buddyfeed might change the scenario. :)

  15. Just looking for a better way to access ff besides the web interface
