The latest addition to the hugely popular Tap Tap Revenge family of iPhone apps is Dave Matthews Band Revenge.

It features 10 tracks from Dave Matthews Band, who are described as ‘one of the most prodigious touring bands in the World ‘ in the App Store description page for the app.

This is the second artist-specific version of Tap Tap to come out “ the first was Tap Tap Coldplay.  Seems like Tap Tap has got a pretty good potential business model going now.  The main app itself is free, but these specialist artist-specific versions are each $4.99.  I haven ‘t seen any numbers yet, but I imagine there are enough big fans of the app out there, who are willing to pay for these special versions, to make them successful.

In fact, I may even be one of them “ they just haven ‘t brought one out featuring the right artist for me yet. :)

For all of you who are bigger Dave Matthews fans than I am, here ‘s the listing of tracks included in the app:

iTunes-9

You can find Dave Matthews Band Revenge in the App Store now, for $4.99.

This is the third artist-specific Tap Tap app. The first was Nine Inch Nails, then Coldplay, and now DMB.

I like 6/10 of those songs. Hrmm…kinda tempting.
that's always my problem with tap tap. I don't like the music they choose.

AaronHood – I've never seen a Nine Inch Nails Tap Tap app – though I have seen their own NIN Access one. Don't see one when I look in iTunes either – have you got a link for it?
